Easy Steps to Apply for the Thai Elite Visa

Send a scanned copy of your passport, a passport-sized photo, a signed PDPA form, and a completed application form. 50,000 THB must be paid to fulfill the application fee requirements (this is deducted from the total membership fee following a successful background check).

Due diligence: We will work with the relevant authorities to conduct immigration and criminal background checks, which may take 4-12 weeks, depending on the applicant's nationality.

Approval and payment: Upon approval, the applicant will receive an approval letter and instructions on how to pay the membership fee via bank transfer or online payment.

You will need to submit the following documents:

  • Completed Thailand Elite Visa application form
  • Signed PDPA Form
  • Copy of the passport’s profile page (in colour, showing your signature and matching the forms)
  • Passport-sized photo with a white background (high resolution). If applying for a family visa, include proof of relationship to the core member.

Typically, the process takes between 1 to 3 months, including a background check which can take 4 to 6 weeks. The duration may vary based on your nationality and location.

Your passport must have at least 12 months validity remaining and at least 3 blank pages when you apply for the Thailand Elite Visa.

If your current passport has less than five years validity, your visa will be issued to match your passport’s expiry date. Once you obtain a new passport, you can transfer the remaining validity of your visa to the new passport.

Yes, as long as you have not overstayed your tourist visa, you can switch to a Thailand Elite visa.

No, because the Thai Elite Visa is considered a tourist visa. You must cancel your Non-Immigrant visa before your Thai Elite Visa can be validated.

You need to apply for a non-immigrant work visa to work in Thailand. Holding a non-immigrant visa will invalidate your Thai Elite Visa, but it won’t affect its validity otherwise.

Yes, you are still required to do the 90-day report. However, there is a service available through privilege points that allows assistance with the report without needing to visit immigration in person.
