Payment Terms

At New Stamford, we require a deposit of the first 3 months’ program fees to initiate the visa paperwork process. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Thailand or within 7 days of receiving the Ministry of Education (MoE) approval. Refunds for visa refusal will be granted after deducting 6,500 baht, with proof of official refusal. Cancellations without proof of visa refusal are not entitled to a refund. Please note that the MoE approval is valid for 30 days, and you must apply for your visa within this timeframe to ensure that the approval remains valid. If you do not use the MoE approval within the given timeframe and require a re-issue, there will be an additional cost of 2,000 THB, and this option is only available one time.
