Transit Visa (TS/S/C)

This type of visa is issued to applicants who wish to enter Thailand for the following purposes:

• Transit through the Kingdom in order to proceed to the country of destination or to re-enter his/her own country
• Participate in sports activities for no longer than one month (sportsmen, sportswomen)
• Person in charge or crew of a conveyance coming to a port, station or area in the Kingdom

Period of Stay: Upon arrival, travellers with this type of visa will be permitted to stay in Thailand for a period not exceeding 30 days.

Extension of Stay: Travellers may apply for an extension of stay at the Office of the Immigration Bureau and may be granted an extension for a period not exceeding 30 days.

Note:

✅ May be able to extend for another 30 days.

✅ May be able to change to other certain types of visas.
