Participants in this program will receive an education visa, allowing them to stay in Thailand while they complete their studies.

Eligibility:
This program is for those who hold a tourist visa (TR), visa exemption, or APEC visa only. Please note that there may be restrictions for certain nationalities that cannot apply for a visa conversion in Thailand. Background Check:
All applications will undergo a pre-background check. Additionally, a deep background check might be conducted after approval. Please note that the visa will be revoked at any time if the background check reveals any issues.
Program Duration and Visa:
The program duration is 15 months, and students will receive a non-immigrant education visa (ED visa). They will receive an initial 90-day visa and then renew the visa for another 12 months. All immigration fees and services related to visa renewal are included in the program fee.
Visa Processing:
All applicants must visit Chiang Mai Immigration in person to process visa conversion and visa renewal. This cannot be done at other immigration offices due to jurisdiction, as the university is located in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Applicants must have at least 30 business days of current visa remaining in order to allow enough time for visa conversion processing. For those who don’t have enough visa remaining days, it may still be possible to process on a case-by-case basis but with an additional fee and the need to follow strict dates and procedures.
Class Schedule:
Students are required to attend online classes for 3 hours a week, one day a week, to meet immigration attendance requirements. The class timings can be from 9:00 to 12:00 or 13:00 to 16:00, depending on the time of enrollment. Please note that the specific day and time of the classes cannot be informed in advance, as they are subject to change based on the enrollment period.
Program Fee:
The program fee is 59,500 Baht.
This fee is intended for international students who want to convert their visa inside Thailand. The New Stamford school team will facilitate the enrollment and visa conversion process, but students will be enrolled and hold the visa with the university.
